David Jacks has a decade of experience providing Executive Search services to clients in the US in a variety of industries. David is President of Execusource and leads client engagements, conducts high level search assignments and manages Partner and Member relationships.

Will Mechem brings over 20 years of experience in finance and technology search and consulting. Will's primary focus is placing senior level executives in finance and technology, particularly in CTO, MD, and CFO roles. Will is CEO of Willard John Thomas Associates, with offices in the US, India, Latin America and China. Will is an active member of the ExecuSource community and ExecuSource advisory board.

Ron Storn brings over 20 years of experience in executive search and as a Big Four CPA. His primary focus resides in placing senior level executives at leading public and private companies across industry lines, particularly in the CEO and CFO functions, throughout the United States. Ron is CEO of Targus Human Capital Partners and is an active member of the ExecuSource community and ExecuSource advisory board.

Erika Jacks has more than 10 years of experience in the Information Technology field. She has an MBA from the George Washington University and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) for over three years. Erika has worked for such companies as Bell Atlantic, Andersen Consulting, and BearingPoint. She is currently employed on a long term IT project for the federal government.

Amy Durocher has been creating interactive communications of all kinds since 1993. She has a BFA from Parsons School of Design and became a consultant for several large software companies such as Microsoft and Adobe, before moving into the financial services sector. She also enjoys working with small, nimble businesses such as ExecuSource.
